Czerniowiecka 9, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw Warsaw, 13th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number 0000198978, NIP 567-13-21-834, REGON 130285588, processes your personal data obtained in connection with your use of websites belonging to VIMED Sp. z o. o.

I. Personal data administrator

  1. The administrator of your personal data is: VIMED Sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Warsaw, address: Warszawa 02-705 at ul. Czerniowiecka 9 (hereinafter: "Administrator").

II. Purpose of personal data processing and legal basis

  1. We use personal data obtained when submitting an offer, concluding a contract, executing service requests or placing orders, expressing marketing consent for the following purposes:
    • 1.1. conclusion and performance of the contract - for the duration of the contract and the time after its completion, until the contract is properly performed;
    • 1.2. performance of legal obligations incumbent on the Administrator:
      • a. issuing and storing invoices, including accounting documents;
      • handling the right to withdraw from the contract and complaints within the time limit and in the form provided for by law;
      – for the time necessary to perform the legal obligation incumbent on the Administrator;
    • 1.3. sending marketing content - for the duration of the consent to receive marketing content;
  2. The legal basis for the processing of personal data by the Administrator is:
    • 2.1. article 6 sec. 1 lit. a GDPR, i.e. consent obtained for the processing of personal data;
    • 2.2. article 6 sec. 1. lit. b GDPR, i.e. performance of the contract or taking action on requests before concluding the contract;
    • 2.3. article 6 sec. 1 lit. c GDPR, i.e. fulfilling the legal obligation incumbent on the Administrator.

III. Who we transfer personal data to

  1. We provide your data to entities processing data on behalf of the Administrator, who participate in the performance of activities such as: operation of ICT systems, subcontractors supporting the performance of the received order, entities maintaining the telecommunications network, entities providing consulting, auditing, legal, tax and accounting services.
  2. We do not transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area.

IV. your rights

  1. At any time, you can use the request from the Administrator to access the personal data being processed, rectify it, delete it or limit processing.
  2. You also have the option of requesting the Administrator to transfer personal data to another data administrator.
  3. You can exercise all of the above-mentioned rights by:

V. Right to object

  1. Regardless of the rights set out in IV. you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data at any time.

  1. You have the option to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the law.

Please be advised that the processing of personal data is carried out in a safe manner, in accordance with the regulations for the provision of services, the contract and the law, including Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of the European Union of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in connection with with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: "GDPR").

Personal data will be processed only in a manner consistent with the provisions on the protection of personal data and in accordance with their intended purpose.
